Annual Meeting

Postponed Until Further Notice

To support the health and safety of our members and our employees during the COVID-19 pandemic and to follow social distancing guidelines, we are postponing our Annual Meeting which was scheduled for April 25, 2020.  While we look forward to celebrating 75 years with our members, we understand the importance of social distancing and limiting contact with others.  The actions and decisions that are made during this time to help and serve our members will ensure we can continue to provide another 75 years of service to our community. All members who had previously registered were personally contacted and received a full refund for their ticket purchase. At this time, no new date has been set. The current members of the Board of Directors and Officers will continue to serve until the Annual Meeting is held. 

When a new date for the Annual Meeting has been confirmed, we will notify members at least 30 days in advance with the meeting details.  We look forward to rescheduling once it is safe to gather as a community again.  In the meantime, be well and stay safe, our thoughts are with you during this unprecedented time.
