With the ongoing concerns about the Coronavirus (COVID-19), know that Saratoga's Credit Union is taking proactive steps to ensure the well-being of our members and employees.  We are staying up-to-date on the latest reports from the Centers for Disease Control (CDC) and taking a number of precautionary measures for the health and safety of our members and colleagues.  We are here for you and will continue to provide the same quality service. While our lobby traffic is suspended, all services remain available including opening new accounts, adding debit cards, making deposits and withdrawals, and more.

To prevent the spread of the COVID-19, the Centers for Disease Control (CDC) recommends a number of steps to protect yourself and others. This includes avoiding close contact and staying home when possible.  To limit the spread, we encourage members to utilize the many services that will help you bank remotely.

Shared Branching Drive-Up Locations:  Utilizing drive-up locations decreases the amount of person-to-person contact, while still providing branch access. Through the Shared Branching Network you have access to multiple local and national drive-up locations including:

Please bring valid government issued photo identification and your member number to perform standard branch transactions including deposits, payments and withdrawals.

Mobile and Online Banking: Log in to your account through online banking or our mobile app to view transactions, check balances, deposit checks, send money to friends, make payments, and more. ATM:  ATMs also provide access to cash without the person-to-person contact.  Utilize our extensive network of 30,000+ ATMs including Stewart’s and CO-OP ATMs.  Use the ATM locator on the app or our website to find your closest location. 

Branch Office Night Drop:  Our night drop is found on the side of our branch building and provides the ability to deposit funds or make payments without entering the office. Simply fill out an envelope with your name and member number clearly marked and provide instructions for the transaction. 

Call Center:  Credit union staff are in the office Monday - Friday from 9:00am to 5:00pm to help with any questions you may have.  We are working to increase the number of staff available over the phone to assist you during this time.  We appreciate your calling the credit union before visiting the branch.

Fraud: Fraudsters have launched coronavirus-themed phishing attacks to deliver malware – typically credential-stealing banking Trojans. The phishing emails purport to be from the Centers for Disease Control (CDC) and the World Health Organization (WHO). Fraudsters have also created fake websites to exploit Johns Hopkins University’s interactive Coronavirus dashboard to spread malware.
