Message Regarding COVID-19

With the ongoing concerns about the Coronavirus (COVID-19), know that Saratoga's Credit Union is taking proactive steps to ensure the well-being of our members and employees.  We are staying up-to-date on the latest reports from the Centers for Disease Control (CDC) and taking a number of precautionary measures for the health and safety of our members and colleagues.  We are here for you and will continue to provide the same quality service.

We are pleased to re-open our branch lobby and appreciate your following the procedures that have been put in place to comply with COVID-19 recommendations.
 

What to Expect When You Visit

Government Issued Photo Identification – Please have your Government Issued Photo Identification available to provide the representative.  Please ensure this is current and not expired.
Protective Shields – Protective shields have been installed for the safety of guests and staff.
Masks – Guests are required to wear masks.  Staff will also be wearing masks for your protection.
Social Distancing – Please follow social distancing procedures and protocols.  Signs will be available to assist with spacing.

Mobile and Online Banking

Shared Branching Drive-Up Locations & ATM Network
Utilizing drive-up locations decreases the amount of person-to-person contact, while still providing branch access. Please bring valid government issued photo identification and your member number to perform standard branch transactions including deposits, payments and withdrawals. Call Center
Credit union staff are in the office Monday - Friday from 9:00am to 5:00pm to help with any questions you may have.  We appreciate your calling the credit union before visiting the branch. Give us a call, 518.583.2323.

Branch Office Night Drop
Our night drop is found on the side of our branch building and provides the ability to deposit funds or make payments without entering the office. Simply fill out an envelope with your name and member number clearly marked and provide instructions for the transaction.
