Mobile App - One Time Passcode


Your account just got more secure! Like Online Banking, our mobile app will now have a new two-factor authentication feature. When you log in, you will be prompted to enter a code sent to your device.

  • One time passcodes will replace security questions when accessing your account
  • No need to memorize your new passcode – each generated code is unique
  • Each passcode is sent directly to your device for easier access
  • Your account is more secure

How does it work?
When logging into the mobile app, you will receive a message (text or voice) on your phone with a 4-digit code. You will be asked to enter this code to complete the login process on your computer or mobile phone.

Important notes:

  • All verification messages will come from the same 5-digit phone number (36397).
  • The verification code will be different each time you receive an alert.
  • If you need to update your phone number you can do so easily online-- Log into online banking, go to Settings > Security and Alerts > Identity Verification Phones.
