NEW MOBILE APP & ONLINE BANKING PROGRAM

It's time to upgrade our Mobile App and Online Banking programs!


Here's what's new!
The new platform is built with streamlining and simplifying the experience in mind, and will create a more reliable and satisfactory service than ever before. This update comes with a new look and setup, affecting all platforms including Bill Pay and our mobile app – but don’t worry! We are here to ensure the process goes as smooth as possible.

We hope you enjoy the new Mobile App and all the new features:

Remote Deposits:  Making a deposit is as easy as taking a photo with your mobile phone or iPad.  Simply, choose deposit from the bottom navigation bar and follow the easy steps to submit your deposit. 

Bill Capture:  Introducing the easiest way to set up bill pay.  Simply take a picture of your bill and the program will automatically upload all the information needed to establish your new payee.  You can pay the bill right away or save the contact for payment later on.  This program makes moving your checking to Saratoga’s Credit Union even easier.

Touch ID:  Log in to the mobile app with the power of the biometrics with no password to enter.  To opt into Touch ID, log into the Mobile App, choose ‘More’ from the bottom navigation menu, select Touch ID from the Settings Menu and turn the feature on.  Next time you log into the mobile app, select the Touch ID icon on the bottom left to authentic.  Only available for phones with Touch ID capability.

Instant Balance:  With Instant Balance you can do check your balances with ease without having to login.  To register your device, choose ‘More’ from the bottom navigation menu, select Instant Balance from the Settings Menu and turn the feature on.  Select which accounts you would like to have this feature and you are ready to go.  Next time you are looking to check in on your balance simply open the app, select instant balance without having to sign into your account.

CardValet App:  In addition to our mobile application, we are pleased to offer members with a debit and/or credit card with access to the CardValet App.  Now you will have the ability to turn your card on and off, set spending limits, turn specific merchant categories on/off and even set a radius for transactions within the reach of your phone.  Visit www.cardvalet.com to learn more and download the app today.

ACCESSING YOUR ACCOUNTS
Our new platform will implement increased security to ensure safe access to your accounts. Here is a breakdown of what you can expect for the new process:

CURRENT ONLINE BANKING USERS

Step 1 You will be using your same username when logging in for the first time. For the password, please use the last six (6) digits of the primary account holder’s SSN
Step 2 You will be prompted to create a new password
Step 3 Set your security questions
Step 4 Select a phone number to receive a code via text or phone call to validate
Step 5 Enter the verification code
Step 6 Accept the terms and conditions

 

 

FIRST TIME ENROLLER

Step 1 Setup access with your Member Number and primary account holder’s SSN to validate your account
Step 2 You will be prompted to select a username and password
Step 3 You will now be prompted to login with your new username and password
Step 4 Set your new security questions
Step 5 Select a phone number to receive a code via text or phone call to validate
Step 6 Enter the verification code
