Ensuring your security is important part of what we do every day. Through our complimentary fraud monitoring services we are able to detect possible fraudulent transactions from processing. Please ensure you keep a current phone number on file so that we can alert you should we need to confirm a suspicious transaction.

Travel Notices: Setting a travel notice lets us know you may be using your card in places that would typically stand out as fraudulent. Without setting a travel notice these transactions may be declined due to fraud protection services.

*Surcharge-free ATM transactions per month are cumulative. ATM transactions include balance inquiries, deposits, withdrawals and transfers. In addition to the fees charged on some accounts by Saratoga's Community FCU, ATM owners may charge additional fees known as surcharges to use their ATMs. These vary by institution. Our credit union has entered into an agreement with Stewart's Shops and the CO-OP Network to allow our members access to participating ATMs, kiosks and cash dispensing terminals without paying surcharges. Credit union fees for exceeding the maximum amount of transactions as stated in our fee schedule and your account agreement will still apply.
